What We're Up To

Homeschool Theater Curriculum
coming soon
We are developing an Intro to Theater curriculum for homeschool students and co-ops. When finished, our curriculum will guide middle and high school students through the history of theater and the modern process of how a show is made today. With an emphasis on worldview and literary analysis, students will gain an appreciation for the performing arts and a practical understanding of how it is done today all while fulfilling the required fine arts credit. Through the assignments and activities, students will receive hands on experience in every theater profession including:
-
Playwriting
-
Directing
-
Design
-
Stage Management
-
Acting

Our book is written to the student, so parents can be as involved or hands-off as desired. The material is co-op friendly with group discussions, activities, and games.
The Gift of Christmas Play Script
Several of the shows we've put on over the years have been written in-house, and now we want to share them with you. Our goal is to provide accessible, clean scripts that don't sacrifice quality, literary value, and artistry.
Our scripts are tailored to homeschool and co-op theater troupes by including features like:
-
Clean & Appropriate Stories
-
Flexible & Minimalist Staging
-
Flexible Casting
-
Affordable Scripts & Royalties
-
Extra Helps for the Director

The first script we will release soon is The Gift of Christmas, an arrangement of O. Henry's The Gift of the Magi and Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol that we performed as a dessert theater experience in 2022.
